2026 NEW YORK SAKE & FOOD EXPO: SAKE TO SAKANA

The Sake & Food expo returns to New York with a refreshed format focused on discovery, interaction, and practical application for industry professionals.

Taking place on May 16th, 2026, this year’s event moves beyond traditional tastings to deliver a more structured and engaging experience. Attendees will have access to a broad selection of our liquor offerings from Japan and the U.S., alongside a curated lineup of food vendors presenting products designed for real-world menu integration.

New for 2026, we will introduce an online ordering system designed specifically for the event. Attendees will be able to browse the full event product catalog digitally and place orders directly during the event, streamlining the purchasing process and reducing manual follow-ups. This system aims to improve order accuracy, increase efficiency, and provide a more seamless experience from product discovery to order placement.
