In June of 2013, Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd. held the annual B-to-B Sake/Shochu tasting and food paring events in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The event attendees came from the most coveted restaurants to internationally acclaimed chefs and trend-setting buyers. With over 1,000 buyers in attendance this was a great opportunity for us to share and educate attendees about Sake and Shochu through blind taste testing contests and educational seminars. Guests enjoyed the learning experience, tasting authentic and new trendy style Sake/Shochu, and pairing such with our exquisite and innovative foods.
