New Trade Name in the US and the Establishment of New Canadian Corporation

We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2015, Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd. (North America) will change our trade name to “Wismettac Asian Foods” in the US.

• Current company name: Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd.
• New company trade name: Wismettac Asian Foods

We also announce that Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd.  (North America) will spin off its Canadian operations (Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal branches and Calgary satellite office) and establish a new Canadian corporation (headquarters: Vancouver) as of January 1, 2015.

The new corporation will be:

• Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. (English)
• Aliments Asiatiques Wismettac inc. (French)

Our current addresses and telephone numbers will remain the same.
