Legal Corporation Name Change

We are grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us and continuing with our dedication to the food industry and relationship with you, we will be changing our legal name to Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. (previously known as Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd. doing-business-as Wismettac Asian Foods).

Our change in legal name reflects our commitment to providing unparalleled service and superior Asian products to the food industry. Although we leave behind the “Nishimoto” name that we have been known globally for over 100 years, the new name “Wismettac” opens new doors into the future with great opportunities.

There will be no change in management, the ownership, or the Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). We will continue to service the community and the industry which we have built our reputation.
